PEI Potato Board
Strategic Planning
The PEI Potato Board represents growers across the province, making meaningful engagement essential to setting credible and future-focused priorities.
This work involved an extensive grower engagement process, including multiple facilitated sessions and surveys, designed to ensure growers had a strong voice in validating existing priorities and identifying emerging issues. The process created space for growers to share perspectives on current realities and future opportunities facing the sector.
The outcome was a strategic plan grounded in direct grower input, strengthening alignment between growers, leadership, and the Board, and providing clear direction for the organization’s work going forward.
“Working together was truly a pleasure. Dawn’s approach was engaging, thoughtful, organized, and results-driven. The facilitation was professional, energetic, and genuinely fun, which made even complex conversations productive and engaging.
One of the key challenges addressed was bringing greater alignment and structure to a group with many strong ideas. Through drawing out diverse viewpoints, asking the right questions, and translating complex discussions into clear themes and actionable next steps, conversations were turned into strategy. The combination of Dawn’s strong business knowledge and genuine enthusiasm ensured the outcomes were both practical and meaningful.”
