The PEI Federation of Agriculture represents a broad and diverse agricultural sector, spanning multiple commodities, perspectives, and priorities. Creating alignment in this context required careful attention to shared interests and collective impact.

This strategic planning work supported leadership and members in clarifying priorities and identifying where the Federation could most effectively focus its efforts. Through a collaborative planning process, participants worked to surface common ground, test assumptions, and agree on a clear direction that could guide leadership decisions and advocacy.

The resulting strategic plan strengthened alignment across the organization, clarified its role within the sector, and provided a practical framework for decision-making and future action.
