Building our organization's first strategic plan was a bit overwhelming but Dawn helped us take all the actions and opportunities and package it into 3 clear priority areas that team members, and stakeholders can clearly understand.

It seemed overwhelming to get there when we started but, in the end, there was an aha moment and full alignment on what we do and where we need to go.

Penny Walsh-McGuire
CEO, Canadian Alliance for Skills & Training in Life Sciences (CASTL)

Dawn was able to walk us through a very contentious engagement with grace. She diffused anger in the room while still allowing people to voice concerns and opinions respectfully.

Dawn didn’t just bring facilitation skills to the project, she brought experience. Whenever we questioned how a process would unfold or had concerns about how to get messaging across, she brought real-world insight into how she has seen similar situations develop. This was invaluable to our committee in anticipating problems so we could resolve them in advance.

Ryan Pineau
PEI Geographical Naming Advisory Committee, Government of Prince Edward Island

Working alongside Dawn as we developed the strategic plan for the PEI Federation of Agriculture was both energizing and inspiring. Dawn has a remarkable ability to listen with intention, ask thoughtful questions, and create space for every voice at the table.

Her steady guidance helped us turn the Federation’s vision into a clear, actionable path forward. I’m truly grateful for her leadership and the collaborative spirit she brought to the entire process.

Lori Robinson
1st Vice President, PEI Federation of Agriculture

Dawn was able to help our organization by facilitating in-person meetings with our membership on a complex and sensitive topic. The facilitation approach supported clear, focused, and productive discussions, allowing us to gather meaningful feedback.

What I expected to be a process marked by friction and unrest became one that left me feeling confident in our ability to navigate the issue and get the information we needed.

JoAnne Pineau
Executive Director, PEI Wild Blueberry Growers Association

Thoughtful, conscientious, validating, and productive.  Dawn has the ability to let you feel heard while quietly moving the conversation toward a productive end.

There are few who enjoy strategic planning, but when working with a skilled consultant like Dawn, your view will certainly change.

Krista Shaw
Director of Stakeholder Relations, PEI Potato Board

Working with Dawn on our Strategic Plan resulted in a clear, practical plan that set out realistic goals and ambitions for our organization.

The experience was delightful, grounded in realistic expectations, and a full understanding of our organization.

Ally Bauchman
Executive Director, New Brunswick 4-H Council Ltd.

Dawn brings a strong understanding of the non-profit sector — its unique needs, circumstances, and common challenges — and is able to weave that insight directly into engagement and process design. This understanding showed up clearly in the facilitation and overall approach.

For Habitat for Humanity PEI, one of the greatest strengths was the ability to navigate diverse conversations in a way that surfaced key insights and themes. The process created space for meaningful discussion while keeping the work focused and productive.

Jordan MacDonald
Chair, Habitat for Humanity PEI

Working together was truly a pleasure. Dawn’s approach was engaging, thoughtful, organized, and results-driven. The facilitation was professional, energetic, and genuinely fun, which made even complex conversations productive and engaging.

The combination of Dawn’s strong business knowledge and genuine enthusiasm ensured the outcomes were both practical and meaningful.
