The World Potato Congress operates on a global stage with an established strategic plan already in place. This work focused on supporting the Board at a key moment in implementation. 

Through a facilitated Board session, participants explored progress, examined emerging issues within the current plan, and clarified priorities and direction for the CEO. 

The result was renewed focus, shared understanding among Board members, and clearer guidance to support leadership through the next phase of work.
